1. Visit our Warehouse
Belongings is not a luxurious retail store with regular business hours, but rather a great way to find quality furniture at inexpensive prices. We do not have a warehouse full of inventory, nor do we have an expensive retail storefront; our overhead is LOW, and therefore our prices are LOW. We offer a self-serve approach to assist you in finding the furniture you need. Belongings has a friendly staff that can point you in the right direction and guide you in reviewing our numerous catalogs and finding what you need. By shopping elsewhere first, you will seriously appreciate the value you find at Belongings when you see our LOW prices. We offer popular retail store styles home furnishings. Belongings tries to have samples from each catalog in our warehouse for you to see, touch and feel the quality of workmanship, as well as choose your own fabric, leather & finishes. 2. Pick Out Your Furniture
Before you visit Belongings, consider the windows, closets, heating vents and electrical outlets in the room. What about lighting - natural or artificial? Be sure to measure the room as well as all entryways, elevators and up all staircases for delivery purposes. Also, be sure to bring your tools: paint chips, fabrics, carpet samples, photos and measurements to utilize while you shop at Belongings.
3. Place Your Order
We feel it’s only right to warn you...Belongings is not for everyone. If you have trouble making decisions, you might be overwhelmed. We have many catalogues to choose from, so be prepared. We’ll point you in the right direction, and assist you as needed. Please make sure you have made up your mind; Belongings has a NO RETURN POLICY. Once you place your order we ask for a 50% deposit, check is preferable. If Mastercard or Visa is used, full payment must be made at time of purchase. Most of our products are custom-made and generally require 6-8 weeks for arrival. We try to keep your wait time reasonable, but please plan ahead for holidays and special occasions. Once your furniture arrives at Belongings, we will notify you for the remainder of the balance and can schedule a pick-up or delivery (please refer to our policies for fees).
4. Wait Patiently
We know you are eager to receive your new furniture, but please be patient. We ask that you refrain from calling Belongings until the 8th week after your order has been placed. Once the order has been received at Belongings you will receive a call to schedule your pickup or plan for delivery. Remember, delivery fees are separate from the furniture and need to be paid directly to the delivery company (please refer to out policies for fees). |
